With a wealth of experience in strategic talent acquisition and a passion for building high-performing teams, Monika leads with integrity, transparency, and a big dose of humanity.

Our Head of, Monika Herrmann

Before recruitment, Monika was in fashion sales: fast-paced, commercial, and people-driven. This experience taught her to trust her gut, use good judgement, and build lasting relationships. That instinct still drives everything Monika does. In 2017, Monika moved into recruitment and found her passion. She partnered with incredible businesses, placed game-changing candidates, and saw what worked (and didn’t). However, she also saw far too many shortcuts, too much noise, and not enough listening. Through Head Recruitment, Monika gets to bring everything together: honesty, empathy, accountability, and dedication; to create a recruitment experience that works for everyone. Whether you’re hiring your first team member or your fiftieth, Monika asks the right questions, challenges the brief when needed, and stays focused on what matters. Because when you get the right people in the room, everything shifts.
